The primary goal of the Department of Accounting and Financial
Management is to train and develop human resources capable of contributing to
the accounting profession, as well as to the economic and commercial life of
our country. Additionally, the department aims to produce individuals who can
monitor developments in their profession on a global scale and reflect the
knowledge they possess back to their society and the changing world.
The program aims to equip graduates with theoretical knowledge about the
importance, scope, and fundamental concepts of accounting from a business
perspective, as well as about businesses' financial and accounting ratios and
statements. Graduates are also expected to develop the ability to utilize this
knowledge effectively.
