The Career Development Application and Research Center (KAGEM), operating under Isparta University of Applied Sciences, was established to support the career planning and development processes of our students, graduates, and academic/administrative staff.

Through KAGEM, our students can receive counseling in line with their career goals, participate in various activities and training sessions, and access up-to-date information about job and internship opportunities. The Center aims to provide always accessible support to students.

KAGEM's activities are carried out in accordance with the ISUBU Regulation on Career Development Application and Research Center, published in the Official Gazette dated December 6, 2020, and numbered 31326.

Our Faculty provides career planning support to enable students to evaluate post-graduation employment opportunities and establish their career goals. This process is conducted in coordination with KAGEM. Counseling activities for students include:

  • Career Counseling: Provided by the Department Career Development Commission and academic advisors.

  • Personalized Guidance: Individual career plans are created by taking into account students' interests, competencies, and sector expectations.

  • Collaboration and Internship Opportunities: Through collaborations with institutions such as İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) and Career Gate (CoHE National Internship Program), access to internship and job opportunities at the national level is provided, and support is offered during application processes.
