Horizontal transfer procedures to the Department of International Trade and Business are carried out within the framework of the Inter-institutional and Intra-institutional Horizontal Transfer Directives prepared by the Isparta University of Applied Sciences. These directives, based on the relevant regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), are fully implemented in the Department of International Trade and Business, as in all other departments within our faculty. Before each academic semester, the proposed quotas are evaluated by the Academic Affairs Coordinatorship, and upon approval by the University Senate, they are announced via the YÖKSİS. The entire process was conducted transparently in accordance with the workflow chart published on the university's official website.

The applications of students applying for a horizontal transfer to our department are evaluated by the department's Credit Transfer and Adaptation Committee, and the decision is finalized with the approval of the Faculty Executive Board. Courses that students have successfully completed in their previous programs are evaluated based on the principle of equivalence, recorded on their transcripts, and reflected in their grade point averages.

Vertical transfer procedures are conducted within the framework of the "Regulation on the Continuation of Graduates of Vocational Schools and Open Education Associate Degree Programs to Undergraduate Studies," published in the Official Gazette dated 19.02.2002 and numbered 24676. For students admitted to the program through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS), exemption and adaptation procedures are carried out by the department's Credit Transfer and Adaptation Committee, after which the decision is submitted to the Faculty Executive Board for finalization. Exemptions are granted for courses from the associate degree program that are deemed equivalent, and students are registered in the program according to their remaining course loads. The associate degree programs eligible for vertical transfer to the Department of International Trade and Business are announced annually in the DGS Guidebook published by ÖSYM.
